Oi, oi, operations guru here!

I’m Erin, top planner, project maker and problem solver at your service. You’ll find me knee-deep in excel or bringing the vibes to team meetings - there’s no inbetween.

What do you enjoy about working here?

I love that no two days are the same. It makes the work so much more interesting and has meant I no longer experience the ‘Sunday Scaries’ since being here as I’m buzzing for the week ahead with the epic team we’ve built so far.

That brings me onto the people. The powerhouse people here at TapIn. I’m blessed to call this talented bunch my teammates, good vibes all round and so rare to find so many purpose-driven, like-minded people in one space. It’s great to see everyone’s confidence grow daily in the work they do and how that’s had a tremendous impact on the growth of the business - it’s been amazing to see it unfold.

What is the first thing you do after logging off for the day?

I don’t want to admit the chokehold TikTok has on me, but being honest, I would dive in for a daily scroll of comedic content.

Then I’d continue being a proper adult, and probably dance and sing around my house for my solo concert that is yet to ever go live…

And last but not least; your go-to hype up song?

I’m a genre hopper, ahhh! This kills me.
