🌟Four day work week
Yes you read that right - we don’t work Fridays.
We follow the 100-80-100 model: 100% pay for 80% of the time, for 100% of your productivity.
Giving our team that extra day back has led to increased productivity, decreased stress and all around happier employees.
🌟Flexible hours
We recognise that not everyone works on the same schedule, so we let our team choose their own.
Our team can work whenever they feel they are most productive, as long as they get in their 8 hours and attend important team meetings.
Not a morning person? Start a bit later. Need to run a few midday errands? Just end a little later.
🌟Completely remote
The only office we have is a virtual one.
Not only do we get to work where we are most comfortable, there’s no need to waste an hour or two every day commuting.
🌟Wellness Days Allowance
Here at TapIn, we are advocates for mental health.
To demonstrate this, every employee is given 4 wellness days each year outside of their annual leave allocation to use as they wish.
No notice is needed - because sometimes you don’t know you need a day off until you wake up.

About TapIn Media
Founded in 2019 by Milimo Banji, TapIn is a youth-focused media and marketing agency.
While studying for an Aerospace Engineering degree, Mils found that there was a gap between the students he was with and the companies that they wanted to work with.
To amend this, he started creating YouTube videos guiding students through application processes for internships and placements within the top firms.
And then this began to grow.
3 YEARS AND A FULL TEAM LATER....
TapIn has grown into what it is today, a dedicated team of 12 intent on bridging the gap between Gen Z and the world of work.
Over this time, we have helped some of the top companies win the hearts of the youth of the UK. We have helped employers connect with hundreds of thousands of Gen Z through everything from targeted social media strategies to authentic content creation, diversity and inclusion research, and much more.
We also launched the biggest-ever research project into black talent in 2022 and 2023, The This is Black Gen Z Research Report – sets us apart, to help guide our partners to make meaningful change in their organisations.
